Labour want Boycott knighthood revoked

I was listening to radio 4 this morning and the woman presenter who got Geoffrey Boycott onto her show and congratulated him quite coldly on getting the honour before questioning him strongly about a domestic assault issue against his wife that happened 25 years ago in France in a very arrogant and disrespectful way, as if that is all the man has ever done, he denied the assault taking place but who will believe him?.
Why does someone who gets a knighthood have to be perfect ? there must be many men who have become knights of the realm who abused their wives in some way I am not saying that is correct it is not and in this day and age it is understandably looked upon in disgust and rightly so, but were things not different back in Boycotts day? men were brought up differently back then and life was much more about men being the king of the house, just watch old movies or television programmes and how women were treated, can anyone watch a carry on film or even on the buses and think that even in comedy treating women that way was correct????.
PC is a positive thing but some times it takes the piss and in my opinion they get it wrong, and I agree with the forthright Geoffrey when he told that woman this morning that he did not give a toss what campaigners against violence against women thought about him getting the honour, in fact it made me laugh out loud.
I am not making light of this issue I just think that some of these feminists and establishments will not be happy until every man in the world has mentally removed their balls and act accordingly.

I didn't realise beating women was just a matter of ethics to some.
Hopefully for the majority of decent men it's viewed as the abhorrent crime that it is.
Same goes for women who beat their husbands of course.

Watched Banks of England last night. He wasn't knighted, absolute disgrace. All of that squad should have been knighted. So, a boring fucking Yorkshire cunt who beats up his woman gets the nod but not all the players who won the world cup. Sums up this poxy country.

Oddly enough my ex (and a few Millie Tant types)made a big thing about Lee Bowyer being a racist , if memory serves me well wasn’t he the only one to be found not guilty?

CBE's for Nick Timothy and Fiona Hill in particular.
these are exactly the people who drew up May's red lines and prevented her from going cross party to deliver brexit. they also 'masterminded' the 2017 election that left the tories with a minority. they may be the people who turn out most important in stopping brexit, albeit not intentionally.
